Description
Processing harvest crates is normally a labor-intensive and time-consuming process. This automatic crate unloading system makes the unstacking and transport of crates fully automated. The connected harvest carts are automatically pulled through the system, after which the crates are pushed off and automatically destacked. From there, the individual crates are transported to the tilting unit, where the cucumbers are carefully tilted onto the conveyor belt and prepared for the sorting machine.
