Rose grading machines automatically sort roses by length, and then evenly binds them in bunches and can also pack them. The roses are hung by their heads in the rose sorting machine. The length of the stem is electronically measured by the machine. A camera for measuring the thickness of the stems or the degree of opening (bloom) of the rose is optional. The rose sorting machine than sends the rose to the correct bunching station. Roses are bound in bunches of 10, 15 or 20 here and then cut to one length.
This way of sorting is very efficient and labour-saving and has a capacity of up to 10,000 roses per hour. In addition a rose grading machine from Aweta, Jamafa or Olimex ensures an increase in quality by making uniform, tight bunches.
Our used rose grading machines are fully technically checked and will be supplied under warranty.
